Chris C...I don't think you were in the chat session tonight. I don't remember. But under blackboard you need to go under Collaboration and then under the communication session...the chat sessions are all posted and you hit the "join" button. Hope this helps to anyone who missed it tonight.
My name is Kristi Fletcher. I tried to post earlier, guess it didn't take so here we go again. I am a 33 year old mother of 2, a 10 year old boy and a 10 month old girl. I have been married to a soldier for 12 years. I just recently gave up a 3 year position as a paraeducator at my local elementary school in order to stay home with my daughter. I have an AA with an emphasis in psychology. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and watching my son participate in several sports.

I had to work last night....wednesdays are going to be rough for me....hope everyone had a good meeting! I am also trying to get everything set up....seems a little overwhelming right now! I am a newly wed and my husband and I have a 6 month old son named Maverick. I love spending time with my family. I working on a 2nd degree because I have a new passion teaching, I feel it is the next best thing to being a mother. I agree with Maria, to those of us who have never done these on-line classes before, it's a lot to take in. Lots to remember just to get accomplished the task at hand. Good Morning everyone. My name is Jason Radel and I am 34 years old from Gardner, KS. I have taken many classes online, but this class is different than all the others I have done. I have never used a blog method like this. I am considered a Junior at FHSU and I am getting really excited to finish my schooling.

Anyway, I'm 24, married with two kids, and working on my second bachelor's. I have an AA from SCCC in Liberal, KS, and a BA in Psychology from Ashford U in Clinton, IA (online). I work as a test coordinator for the high school in Liberal, and I previously worked as a Sp. Ed. paraprofessional at a K-3 school here. I loved doing that, and I'm looking forward to completing my Elem. Ed. and Sp. Ed. degree from FHSU! In the meantime, I'll also be working on an ESL endorsement from KSU, so lots of homework! My name is Stephanie I live in a rural area, the town is called Grenola Kansas. I have three daughters their ages are 8, 5, 16 months so i very busy. I also have a full time job at Emerald Bank in Burden Kansas. I wish everyone the best i sure hope this gets a little easier as i figure this out
Hello everyone! My name is Terra Mangan. I live in Tribune, a rural community in western Kansas. I am happily married to my husband of 7 years and have two wonderful, vivacious children. Cade is 5 and Jadyn in 2. I am currently employed through our K-12 school system as the full-time substitute. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, especially the grade school. I currently have a B.S. in Family Studies and Human Services and am pursuing my elementary education degree! I’m excited and a little nervous as I embark on this new journey in my life. I am looking forward to learning and implementing new ideas and concepts into my future, one day as an educator.
Hi my name is Danica. I work full time, married, and have 2 kids. This is my first semester of virtual college and boy is it a challenge. Have had serious computer issues. Finally am able to get on and post. Hope the rest of the semester goes better.
